RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS:
- All merchandise ordered on arfeenco.com can be shipped everywhere in Pakistan.
- It is free delivery apart from the following cases in which a certain amount will be charged;
- Merchandise less than Rs.1500/-
- Heavy Merchandise to be shipped to a far location e.g. Kashmir.
- It takes 7-14 business days for the order to be delivered.
- Delivery times are approximate. Sundays are considered holidays.
- We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
- Note we currently do not ship arfeenco.com purchases internationally.
- We do not currently offer the ability to pick up your online order in-store.
- In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item
- Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase with price tag & receipt only.
- Goods purchased online can only be exchanged at stores if size change is required. In case customer requires product design/style exchange, the customer will have to call ARFEENCO Customer Care for return/exchange request. In case you cannot exchange at the outlet, you will have to send back the item and order the new item bearing the delivery cost for both sides.
- We do not offer any exchange of sunglasses and scarves for hygienic reasons .
- No exchange on sale/discounted , used , damaged or altered items is allowed in any case.
- No refunds are allowed.
